Hello everyone,
I am the only one who sees an irony in Earth Day? Last evening, my sons’ school had a concert to celebrate it. The children sang nice songs about not cutting down the trees, not using your car too much, conserving energy and other such worthy stuff. But, where were we? At the school of course and each one of the 150 pupils’ parents has driven for a minimum of 15 minutes in their mainly large, gas-guzzling SUV’s to get there. Shouldn’t Earth Day be about staying at home and not using your car if you can help it?
