Your Message: While staying at Breezes I noticed a small sign indicating Spinning classes were available. Now I was there for a wedding so things were hectic and it wasn’t until my last night there that I managed to find the spinning studio and take the class. I wasn’t expecting a hard class and all I can say is the class was simply AWESOME. Rivals anything offered anywhere.  Often times I go to a class when I’m away and it’s nothing to write home about, but last Friday’s 6:00 pm class was definitely “high octane”.    I didn’t catch the instructors  name  but she certainly rocks.  Not sure when and if I’ll be back in the Dominican but I would certainly take another class.  My only regret is that I took the one class.

Kit was the teacher that night (centre photo) – she’s my little bundle of dynamite and packs a real punch.  IMG_6027.jpg

I wasn’t sure what to write in my post today as the weather is pretty crap and we are stuck behind the computer.   On a day like today, I can not wait to get on my bike and expend some real positive energy – look out people Spinning in my class tonight – it’s gonna be a hell of a ride.

red-pedal-award This photo is of Coco (right) and I in the very last class in my old Spinning Studio, before we moved to Breezes. She gave me the ‘Red Pedal Award’ for services to Spinning (Coco has a very good imagination!).
