Here is The Fonz – we found him today, near death from starvation. Like all Dominican dogs, he is sweet and gentle and although terrified of us at first (probably from prior cruelty) he soon relaxed with us and quickly realized we would not hurt him. Here are some photos of him. Can you give him a home?
