Kiting today I rode a directional surf board for the first time, strapless. It felt so good that I’ll be sticking to that for a while.

The new surf camp is really taking shape now. The first floor is poured and in the next week, most of the building will be up. They tell me that the pool will be ready for a swim in two weeks time!

We have such a happy bunch of hard working guys on the site; mostly Haitians and very skilled they are too. I am so happy that we went with this particular builder for the surf camp, Ing. Johan Reyes; he and his team are excellent. They think it’s hilarious that they are all ‘online’ in the photo gallery of the camp – we tell them that they will all be famous.
